The Australian Women's Weekly who are very credible in Australia with cookbooks, put out a little jam cookbook, which I forgot to look at when I was making this marmalade, can't believe that, any way they used much the same ratio of fruit to sugar as I did and they have called it marmalade. Perhaps the terminology is changing like it is with biscuits, and lemon butter. Thanks for your comment, it got me thinking. Hope you are well.Happy Retiree's Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10614074474795791475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3386723495133646027.post-22172223534054020552021-08-04T16:26:23.797+10:002021-08-04T16:26:23.797+10:00Thanks Angie, I was really pleased with it.Thanks Angie, I was really pleased with it.Happy Retiree's Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10614074474795791475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3386723495133646027.post-56125998002240561272021-08-04T14:02:02.226+10:002021-08-04T14:02:02.226+10:00My comment is not going through.
