These tomatoes couldn't be wasted, they had to be used. Stuffed capsicums are also very delicious. I couldn't live without tomatoes, and a salad without tomatoes in my mind is just an excuse for a salad. Different from fresh, but I'm happy using these two dried when I don't have fresh. Other herbs -- rosemary comes to mine -- MUST be used fresh.
