Traditional Christmas Rum Balls

Ingredients:
10 weetbix
1 pkt glace cherries
1 tin condensed milk
3 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup coconut

Method:

Crush weetbix. Finely chop cherries. Mix together all ingredients except coconut. Let stand 30 minutes in the frig. Roll into balls.

 Roll balls in coconut or chocolate sprinkles and store in the frig.

These also freeze well if made in advance.
